What does “pre-order” mean at Farm to Home?

Pre-ordering allows you to reserve your share of our upcoming batches before production or harvest begins. This helps us plan responsibly, reduce waste, and ensure that every order receives the same level of care and freshness

How does mango pre-registration work?

Mango pre-registration allows you to secure priority access before the mango season begins. Since mango availability depends on harvest conditions and natural ripening, pre-registered customers are served first when the season opens.

Why are your products available in limited quantities?

Our ghee and mangoes are produced using traditional methods and natural cycles. We prepare approximately 100 litres of bilona A2 ghee per month, in small batches, to ensure purity and quality. We intentionally avoid mass production, which naturally limits availability.

When will my pre-ordered be delivered?

Delivery timelines are shared clearly at the time of pre-order. Once the batch is freshly prepared and quality-checked, orders are dispatched promptly.

Are mangoes available throughout the year?

No. Our mangoes are strictly seasonal and available only during the natural harvest period. We do not store or artificially ripen mangoes outside the season.
